Tides Restaurant & Cafe (formerly Art Ducko), located on gorgeous Waiake Beach, between Browns Bay and Torbay, has a fresh modern look reflecting its prime beachfront location. The locals are thrilled that, after a 30 year wait, they will get to enjoy a daytime seaside cafe as well as a beachfront restaurant.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for. Gluten free brunches and evening meals always available. We stock gluten free breads, pasta and flour. We can even do gluten free pancakes for those Sunday morning brekkies.

We proudly offer quality, value for money dining. We are fully licensed but do offer the option of BYO (wine only) at nights.

NB. There is no BYO option for daytime cafe service     CORKAGE $7 PER BOTTLE

Tides is a fantastic venue for functions, birthdays, anniversaries, family get togethers and business luncheons. We can seat up to 60 people.
